Overview

The Importers module provides automated data import capabilities from external sources, allowing you to continuously feed your Knowledge Base with fresh information from social media platforms, APIs, and other data sources. Imported data is automatically processed, analyzed, and integrated into your platform's intelligence system.

Note: This module requires the importers module to be enabled for your company. Specific import sources may require additional configuration and authentication.

Import Source Information

Table Columns:

ID: Unique importer identifier
Name: User-defined name for the import source
Type: Platform or source type (Instagram, etc.)

Last Execution: Timestamp of most recent import operation
Status: Current state of the import source

Status Indicators:

Never Executed: Newly configured source awaiting first import
Running: Import operation currently in progress
Completed: Last import operation finished successfully
Error: Import failed and requires attention
